This group will:
The aim of the Club is to provide suitable levels of cricket for all players. In order to achieve this, the Club endorses a selection policy used and overseen by committee comprising of:
Team Captains or Vice Captains together with Chairman of the Selectors.
- Select the teams on a weekly basis
- Select fairly based on the Club’s Selection Policy
- Pick the strongest available teams
- Strive to provide playing opportunities for all Playing Members
- Be seen to be open and honest and provide regular feedback to players
